Coffee Unlimited LLC maintains full discretion to alter our inventory of grinders and brewers or adjust our geographic reach. This flexibility allows us to continually offer the most advanced and high-output beverage systems available on the market.
Estimates
Please be aware that all initial valuations are subject to modification based on a technical review of your facility’s plumbing, unique architectural constraints, or complex installation requirements that differ from standard workspace setups.
B2B Financial Obligations
A service agreement is finalized only when the initial deposit or the full invoice amount is received according to your payment schedule. We operate exclusively with corporate clients and expect timely settlements. Delinquent accounts may be subject to late fees or interest charges in accordance with regional commercial regulations and statutes.
Facility Requirements
Clients are responsible for ensuring their location is fully prepared for our technical team's arrival. This includes providing accessible workspaces and confirming that power supplies and drainage systems meet the specific equipment metrics provided. Delays caused by improper site readiness may result in additional labor billing or trip charges.
Liability & Equipment Limits
Coffee Unlimited LLC provides all machinery as-is, with no implied warranties for specific commercial outcomes. Our financial liability is strictly capped at the amount paid for the individual piece of equipment in question. We are not responsible for any indirect losses, including lost profits or business interruptions, during machinery use.
Standard Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold Coffee Unlimited LLC harmless from any legal actions or expenses arising from your failure to comply with these terms, your staff's operational mistakes, or the improper use of the professional equipment installed at your commercial site.
Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are interpreted under the laws of the states in which we operate. In the event of a disagreement, both parties commit to attempting mediation as a primary resolution method. This process must be exhausted before moving toward any formal litigation within the judicial systems of our active service regions to ensure fair outcomes.
Notice of Amendments
We may update these commercial terms at any time to reflect changing laws or internal shifts in our service model. Any such changes are effective immediately upon being updated here. Your continued use of our services or website following these updates constitutes your formal acceptance of the revised professional guidelines.
